We collect account information such as your email address and name from the authentication provider you use to sign in.

We collect alert details you submit, including Airbnb search URLs, parsed trip details such as destination and dates, selected coverage, phone numbers when provided, SMS consent status, quiet-hours settings, and alert status/history.

We store operational records such as check results, detected matches, notification attempts, support/debug details, and payment/customer identifiers from Stripe.

We use your information to create and manage alerts, check search URLs, send email or SMS notifications, support billing, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve the service.

We may use aggregate operational data to understand reliability and product usage, but we do not sell personal information.

TripNudge uses managed providers including Vercel, Supabase, Clerk, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, and Apify. These providers process data as needed for hosting, database storage, authentication, payments, email, SMS, and Airbnb search checks.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. Authentication details are handled by Clerk. Email and SMS delivery providers receive the destination address or phone number and message content needed to send notifications. Airbnb search-check providers receive the search URL and related operational details needed to perform checks.

We retain account, alert, billing, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal/accounting needs, resolve disputes, and maintain reliability.

You can pause or delete alerts from your dashboard. You can request account or data help by contacting support@waxwinghq.com.

We use managed infrastructure and access controls to protect data, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security. Please use a secure sign-in method and avoid submitting sensitive information in alert URLs beyond the travel criteria needed for checks.
