Terms of Service

TripNudge lets you submit Airbnb search URLs for scheduled checks. We may check those URLs on a schedule, compare results against previous checks, and send notifications when we detect new matching availability.

Checks and notifications are best-effort. Airbnb pages, availability, pricing, fees, host rules, and booking status can change quickly. You are responsible for confirming every listing directly on Airbnb before making travel decisions.

You need an account to save alerts. Subscription coverage may be limited by active searches, alert duration, check frequency, notification counts, and supported delivery channels.

TripNudge paid plans are subscriptions processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Paid alert access may begin only after Stripe confirms checkout, trial, or subscription status.

Canceled, expired, unpaid, refunded, or past-due subscriptions may pause or end paid checks, text alerts, and other paid coverage.

If you enable text alerts, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your TripNudge alerts. Message and data rates may apply. SMS delivery depends on carrier and provider availability.

You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP where supported, and you may need to reply START before texts can resume. Email alerts and account notices may still be sent when needed to operate the service.

Do not use TripNudge to break laws, abuse third-party services, bypass access controls, resell alerts without permission, or interfere with the reliability of the service.

You are responsible for the URLs and contact details you submit. You should only submit contact information that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use.

TripNudge may change, pause, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We may also limit or stop checks if third-party access changes, if an alert appears unsafe or abusive, or if continued checks would harm service reliability.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
